Bolivian federation signs agreement with El Alto Public University
The Bolivian Turon Federation has signed an institutional cooperation agreement with the Universidad Pública de El Alto. The document was signed by the president of the federation, César Castro Claure.
Under the agreement Turon will be developed within the university's physical education and sport programme, taught as a discipline of self-defence. The first sessions have already been held.
Bolivia joined the International Turon Federation in 2026 and is one of five Spanish-speaking member federations, alongside Peru, Chile, Mexico and Uruguay.
